Verified ReviewerThe bathing suit I ordered was lovely. The problem was the elastic in the butt was all stretched out. They told me I ordered the wrong size. Like I dont know my size. Quality has gone downhill.
Paid a lot for a suit I can't wear. Send it back right away if you're not happy, or buy a miracle suit. They stand behind their product.

Verified ReviewerResolved: Unusable swimwear after only five swims due to faded patches
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Jantzen would not refund but offered a replacement that is more suited to my needs.
After just five swims in a public pool, my Jantzen swimsuit shows severe fading on the back from top to bottom as well as along the side seams. A response to my complaint by Jantzen says that this swimwear often fades after even only one swim.
It seems that the poorest quality material is used when manufacturing this item as none of my other swimsuits showed such significant fading after a few uses. Order number CSR-J-11707.

Question about cost
With my return, Im not receiving a full credit. On top of that, I have to pay for mailing.

I have not got my money back from my return of 3 bathing suits . You said my money had been refunded but it is not in my WSFS bank. The suits were returned to a Ca address 3 weeks ago. I am 82 years o
I am 82 years old and on a fixed income. First of all I only ordered 1 bathing suit but received 2.
I dont know how that happened. I am not a a pissed consumer I just wanted my money back and wanted to say how old this happened thank you. You said you had returned 124:00 but there is no record in my WsFS bank. Please help.

Did d need t get refund
They did not refund my money for 2 bathing suits which I returned 3 weeks ago. My bank is WSFS in Tabernacle NJ, the amt is $104. It cost me $15 to return them by us postal service.
Looking for jantzen panties that I purchased in the past. Years ago and want to purchase again!
Wanted to find out if they still make a particular panty, but the phone number said that there was no such viable phone number so- I spoke with no one and obviously got no information.
No such customer service number even exists.
Very poor recommendation for Jantzen and for Pissed Customer.
A sad misleading situation that took over an hour to get nowhere.

That is dreadful calling someone a Pissed consumer. All as I wanted was to try and erase a black bathing suit when I was placing my order.I just needed the navy one. I did not want 2 suits just 1.Orrder.number 998017****5313

Ordered item is being sent to the wrong address
I needed to get a hold of Customer service and your phone number is the wrong number. It defaulted to a shipping address that is incorrect and I was not able to change it, you are mailing it to the wrong address!
